As you will be aware from the media over the weekend, there has been a large scale cyber attack affecting many organisations and their IT systems, particularly the NHS.
To date, we have not been affected by the issue. However, due to ICT protection carried out over the weekend, we haven’t been receiving all emails.
If you sent an email to Walsall Council between 9pm on Friday 12th May and 12pm on Monday 15th May, please note that your email has not been received.
If you have sent an email between the above times, can you please re-send your email. Also, if you were waiting for a response from the council between these times, colleagues are working to resend emails to you as soon as possible.
