Is there a particular book you require but cannot find ? Then let Walsall Libraries Request Service help you.

• The request service is available at all libraries.
• Or use the Self Reservation feature available through the Online Library Service for items in stock or on order.  Once you have found the book or other item you require in the catalogue then you can reserve it.
• The request facility provides access to the whole resources of Walsall's Library Service, as well as to the wider network of public libraries and the specialist collections held by the British Library.
• The service is very flexible, prompt and responsive to individual needs.
• Friendly and helpful staff are on hand to assist you with the request procedure.
• Over 67% of requests are satisfied within 15 days.
• The charges for requests are:-

       Ages 0 to 12 : Free

       Ages 13 to 17 : Free

       Age 18+ : 80p per request

       Age 60+ : 40p per request

       Mobile Library Users : Free

       On Line Self Reservations : Under 18s free, Adult 40p, over 60s 20p
