Working in Walsall event

People who are looking for work, planning a career change or unsure about which direction to take, can benefit from a Working in Walsall event being held next month.
The drop-in session, organised by Walsall Council, will take place at The Crossing at St Paul’s in Darwall Street from 10am until 4pm on Thursday July 10.
Experts will be on hand to help with job vacancies and information and advice and support on where to find jobs, how to apply and what to expect at interviews.
Local public sector employees will be on hand to chat informally with people.
And there will be advice on the range of support available to help people return to work such as childcare, transport and in-work benefits.
Walsall Housing Group, West Midlands Fire Service, Walsall College and Jobcentre Plus are among the organisations supporting the event.
