Literacy support
We can help you in improving literacy standards in schools by:
- Working alongside you on information skills work with children for examples of information skills projects, click here
- Developing children’s awareness of and interaction with books
Work in either of these areas can be built in to your school’s entitlement to service or can be costed as additional support time.

- In St. Mary’s school we have worked with the Y6 class teacher to give children the skills to research the Ancient Greeks and produce a poster displaying their findings
- In North Walsall Primary we worked with Y2 class teacher to find out about places Florence Nightingale went in her life and mark them on a map
