Remember you should see the ‘Home Information Pack’ (HIP), which includes essential information a purchaser requires before deciding whether to buy.

If the search is more than 3 months old your solicitor should request an updated version.  If the search was carried out by Walsall Council we will provide you or the seller with one up to date refresh of the search FREE OF CHARGE .

If the search was not carried out by Walsall Council you can still ask your solicitor to obtain a search from us and we will include copies of all relevant documentation FREE OF CHARGE which will help speed up your transaction.
