Freedom of Information - Annual Report

The Freedom of Information Act came into force on 01 January 2005. This annual report examines the impact that the Act has had upon Walsall Council in the first twelve months of the regime, looks at the effectiveness of the internal procedures established to ensure compliance, outlines learning and recommends priority action points.
