Interpretation and translation
Walsall Council has recommended that we set up a system where council has contracts with several different companies so that we can get the best possible interpretation and translation services. This recommendation will be drafted into a consultation report and a decision will be made by senior management in the autumn.

Quick translation
In the interests of making it easier for customers to request services from Walsall Council, the authority also has access to the following translation services, (Google,Translation Experts and PakTranslations)
These translation services do not fully reflect all of the languages within the Walsall Borough. However, as more local languages are included in these free services, we will add them accordingly.

The translations above use what is called "machine translation". This is an automated translation service which does not use any human interaction.
This means that the translations are not 100% . They are only intended for the user to gain some insight as to what the pages are for.
