Council performance
The Local Government Act 1999 part 1 places a responsibility on local authorities to publish annual performance data.
Each year Walsall Council publishes its performance data in accordance with this requirement as a supplement to the Annual Corporate Plan and meets the criteria set out in ODPM circular 05/2006 published in April 2006.
