Concerns management procedure
This is an internal procedure for Walsall Council employees to log concerns related to the social care service providers that have a contract with Walsall Council.
In order to log a concern a service provider concern form should be completed and sent to the contracts monitoring team. (Link to service provider concern form (Excel 23KB)
