The 6th Annual Mayor's Civic Awards
The Mayor’s Civic Awards are in their sixth year honouring local people who have made outstanding contributions in the borough.
The Awards will be held at the end of March 2009 at the Bank’s Stadium where all selected finalists will be invited to attend and the winners will be announced.
There are three ways of nomination:
- By contacting either Jo Whitehouse on 01922 652025 or John Garner on 01922 653500 who will send a nomination form to you by post
- By calling into your local library and picking up a nomination form from there
- By completing an electronic nomination form
The closing date for receipt of nominations is Friday 19 December 2008
