An Irish Night to raise money for the Mayor of Walsall’s chosen charities has netted £5,500 for two of the borough’s good causes.

The evening was staged at Walsall Town Hall on 12 September 2008 and featured musical entertainment from Pat Brennan & The Hurling Boys with a display of Irish dancing by the Sylvia Murphy-Brennan Dance Academy of Music, Song and Dance.
