Internet service standards

We aim to make the Walsall Council website available 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year. Occassionally the website is unavailable for short periods of time to allow maintenance work or other development activitiy to take place. For this reason we have set our internet service standard at 98% availability.

Our website is independently monitored by Axzona to verify the availability and performance for our users. On their website you can  view weekly reports on the service availability for www.walsall.gov.uk.
