Transforming your space

Walsall MBC has been allocated £1.7 million from The Big Lottery Fund (formerly the New Opportunities Fund (NOF)) under its Fair Share Initiative. The Fair Share Initiative was launched in recognition that not all parts of the Country were receiving their "fair share" of Lottery Funding. This includes the Borough of Walsall.

Together with match funding, the programme totals approximately £2.7 million. The funding contributors are:

  • Neighbourhood Renewal Fund
  • Single Regeneration Budget (5)
  • Beechdale Community Housing Association
  • Heritage Lottery Fund Urban Parks Programme
  • Landfill Tax Credit
  • Sure Start
  • Walsall MBC
  • New Deal for Communities

Awards for All

The desired outcome of Walsall's TYS Programme is:
