Directions from Walsall

From the M6 join the M54 heading west. Go past Telford and the M54 turns into the A5 near Shrewsbury. Continue on the A5 past Oswestry, towards Wrexham. At the ‘McDonald’s’ roundabout, turn left following signs to Llangollen on the A5. On reaching Llangollen, continue to the main traffic lights, and turn right, down the main street. Cross the bridge over the River Dee and turn left at the T- junction, towards the Horseshoe Pass. Continue along this road for about 1 mile until a left turn, with a signpost to Rhewl. Follow this road until a small white sign on the right of the road, saying Bryntysilio Outdoor Education Centre.

Directions from Snowdonia

Follow the A5 until about 2 miles from Llangollen, where you will go round an obvious sharp bend, and then down a fairly steep hill. Towards the bottom of the hill, you can see the River Dee and a railway bridge on the left. At the bottom of this hill take the sharp left turn signposted to Ruthin and the Horseshoe Pass. Cross over the bridge, and follow the road to a T-junction. Turn left and you will see the Bryntysilio sign and the driveway almost immediately on the right.
