Children's services actively involve users and carers in planning services and in tailoring individual packages of care. The department ensures children, young people and their families have a voice and are able to contribute. There are a variety of methods and mechanisms in place.

TellUs2 survey results

The TellUs2 survey was a survey of children and young people across England, asking their views about their local area, and including questions covering the five Every Child Matters outcomes. The survey was carried out in spring 2007.
