How to pay your parking fine
You can pay your parking fine(s) in the following ways:
Online payments
You can pay a fine, find out more information about a parking fine and launch an appeal through our new online parking fine payment system.
Automated telephone payment - credit or debit card
If you intend to make payments by debit or credit card please use our automated phone line on 0845 111 2890 quoting your Excess Charge Ticket number.
Cash payments
If you intend to make payments by cash please visit:

Cheque or postal order
If you intend to make a payment by cheque or postal order it should be made payable to Walsall Council and crossed Account payee only this should then be sent to the The Banking Hall, Civic Centre, Darwall Street, Walsall, WS1 1TP. This should also be accompanied with the Excess Charge Notice.
How to appeal against your parking fine
If you wish to appeal against a parking fine you should log onto www.walsall.gov.uk to view 'e-Payments' then 'Parking Fines' where you will be able to view the evidence or appeal on line.
Or you can do so in writing (quoting the SCT/NIP number on all correspondence) to:
