Walsall Local Area Agreement (LAA)
Walsall was awarded an Local Area Agreement (LAA) in 2005 to commence 1 April 2006 and runs until March 2009. The Local Area Agreement identifies the outcomes, targets, enhanced targets, measures, funding streams and reward elements which is written in this document, together with a statement of involvement of the voluntary and community sector.
This agreement is administered through Walsall Council (accountable body), Walsall Borough Strategic Partnership (delivery agent) and Government Office for the West Midlands (progress monitor).
