Aerobic activities
Thighs, tums & bums - specifc work out to tone those problem areas. Mon 6.15 pm - 7.00 pm.
Aquafit & Fun - H 2O exercises with fun and games for you to enjoy.
Yoga - great work out for all levels.
These sessions cost from £3.40 to £3.80.
Naoshi Do Shotokan Karate
Anyone interested in learning Karate? Why not come along to our sessions. They are held every Tuesday evening 7.00pm - 8.00pm. Everyone is welcome to our friendly club, which is run by our expert instructor Martin Russell.
Juniors £2.05 per session, Adults £3.50 per session. For further information please contact reception.
Bouncy castle parties
Have a bouncing time! Bouncy Castle parties cost £70.00 and take place on Saturdays and Sundays, times subject to availability. For further information telephone 01902 368663.
Sunbeds
Our three fast tanning sunbeds are available all week. We require all new users to have a safety induction prior to use. After their induction customers will be issued with an authorised user card which must be produced at all future bookings. All sunbed users must wear goggles.
Sunbed goggles are available from reception. We only allow one session per day. We recommend that users do not exceed 20 sessions per year.

Ballroom and sequence dancing
Come along and enjoy our dances (with the largest floor space in the area). Every Wednesday afternoon we host our ever-popular tea dance, and every Wednesday evening we host our equally popular sequence dance. A friendly atmosphere guaranteed. Our Saturday night dances are an established favourite with popular DJs and organists. Come and enjoy a relaxed friendly night out.

Wednesday (Tea Dance) 1.30pm - 4pm. £2.25 or £1.20 with a Leisure Savercard
Wednesday (Evening) 7.30pm - 10.30pm. £1.65.
Saturday (DJ & Organists) 8pm - 11.30pm. £2.75.
Indoor bowls
Available for bookings October to April. Please enquire at reception for times. £2.70 per hour or £1.35 per hour with a Leisure Savercard.
Badminton
Badminton available all year round. Please ask at reception for available times. Badminton costs £5.25 per hour. Rackets are available for hire £1.30 per person.
Sports hall hire
Saturday Wedding Hire 10am - 6pm £680.00 subject to availability
Sunday Wedding Hire 10am - 6pm £830.00
