Work Out Zone

Monday

Old Skool Aerobics 6.15pm - 7.15pm. An aerobic workout combining high and low impact moves with simple routines - all abilities welcome! Have fun, lose weight, tone up, increase your flexibility and stamina with Liz.
Legs, Bums and Tums 7.15pm - 8pm. An old favourite but still one of the best! Claire creates a great atmosphere in a class that tones all parts of the body while focusing on those problem areas.

Tuesday

Light and Easy Aerobics 10am - 11am. A gentle but beneficial morning workout which is ideal for anybody looking to improve their levels of activity and fitness. Debbie caters for all abilities and ages so why not give it a try?

Thursday

Absolute Abs 6.15pm - 7pm. Get the flat tummy you always wanted. An awesome body conditioning class which uses exercise balls and floor work to condition the whole body but particularly the abs and back.
Combat Cardio 7pm - 7.45pm. Burn up to 500 calories in 1 class! Using movements from various martial arts with energetic music driving you to punch hard and kick high in this great cardio workout.
Circuit Training 8pm - 9pm. Egerton provides the motivation as you move around different exercise stations designed to work your heart, lungs and all major muscle groups.
AquaFit 8pm - 9pm. A fantastic fun workout in water which has all the benefits of any cardio workout while reducing direct impact on joints.

Friday

Piloga 9.15am - 10.15am Combining elements of Pilates and Yoga this unique class works the body's core and improves balance and flexibility. A great way to relax the mind and rejuvinate the body.

Bouncy castle parties

Have a bouncing time! Bouncy Castle parties cost £80 and take place on Saturdays and Sundays, times subject to availability. For further information telephone 01902 368663.

Pool parties

A perfect way for your child to celebrate their birthday.

60 minutes of fun in the pool with inflatables and floats, followed by an area for you to provide food and drinks for another hour.

Current price £75 although special offers run a certain times of the year.

Sunbeds

Our three fast tanning sunbeds are available all week. We require all new users to have a safety induction prior to use. After their induction customers will be issued with an authorised user card which must be produced at all future bookings. All sunbed users must wear goggles.

Sunbed goggles are available from reception. We only allow one session per day. We recommend that users do not exceed 20 sessions per year.

Ballroom and sequence dancing

Come along and enjoy our dances (with the largest floor space in the area). Every Wednesday afternoon we host our ever-popular tea dance, and every Wednesday evening we host our equally popular sequence dance. A friendly atmosphere guaranteed. Our Saturday night dances are an established favourite with popular DJs and organists. Come and enjoy a relaxed friendly night out.

Indoor bowls

Don't miss out during the closed season, come and play bowls on our full size indoor bowls carpets.

Available from October to March. Please call reception for available time slots.

Badminton

Play badminton for just £6.65 per hour per court. Phone to check availability and to book.

Racket and shuttle hire available.

Function hall hire

With it's natural finished wooden floor, stage area, bar, and a capacity of 500 people, our function hall is the ideal venue for all kinds of family function or party.
