Karate
<p>Wadoryu Karate takes place every Tuesday 5pm - 7pm and costs &#163;4.20.</p>
<p>Friendly training envrionment Better health and fitness Karate places an emphasis on good manners and discipline Concentration is needed whilst training this can help children at school Size, sex and strength are unimportant Builds confidence and awareness.</p>
Gymnastics
<p>Gymnastics for children aged 4 years to 16 years takes place every Wednesday 5.30pm - 6.30pm, 6.30pm - 7.30pm and 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Courses are run by fully qualified instructors in 10 week blocks. </p>
<p>Gymnastics for Children aged from toddlers to 4 years takes place every Friday 10am - 11am, 11am - 12pm and 12pm - 1pm. </p>
