Supporting People Service
There are currently 6 members of staff who are responsible for the Supporting People Service in Walsall. They are responsible for working with organisations that provide housing related support for around 3500 people.
Tracy Simcox - Supporting People Manager
Tracy is responsible for all areas of providing housing related support services from the council.
Carol Jones - Senior Supporting People Officer
Carol is responsible for the day to day operational management of the Supporting People Service.
Delia Brownsill - Supporting People Officer
Delia is responsible for Performance management and Outcomes and looks after the quality of services and outcomes for service users.
Claire Hammonds - Supporting People Officer
Claire is responsible for Commissioning and Procurement and looks after the terms and conditions and 'buying in' of services.
Alicia Wood - Supporting People Officer
Alicia is responsible for service user involvement and manages contracts for more isolated client groups.
Jill Richards - Assistant Supporting People Officer
Jill assists the Supporting People Officers in their work. She also concentrates on assessing the service self assessment forms as part of ongoing service reviews
