Agents and Developers Meeting 16th May 2007

With the Chair of the Development Control Committee

The event was held on 16th May 2007 at the Council House

This was a sucessful event with the attendance of 20 Developers and Agents which gave the opportunity to comment on the planning application process and the chance to convey to the Chair of the Development Control Committee and officers ideas to improve the service or raise any concerns they had.

With presentations from David Elsworthy the Head of planning and Building Control 'Your views on Walsall’s planning service' and John Danahay Planning Portal Regional Account Manager 'The new 1APP'

Planning applications update; online applications and Design Policy 4th October 2006

John Danahay - Planning PortalThe event was held on the 4 October 2006 at the Walsall Leather Museum.

The online applications and design policy event was a sucessful evening. A great turn out of 32 planning agents, 6 council officers and a representative from the Planning Portal

John Danahay (Planning Portal Regional Account Manager) who has said that due to the event we have seen an increase in the amount of planning applications submitted online.
