In order to assess whether Planning Services is meeting the needs of all our customers it is important that we ask you a few questions about yourself prior to submitting your planning application on-line. It is not mandatory that you complete the form and it will not form part of or affect the outcome of your planning application.

Health & Safety Executive (HSE)
If you are having construction or refurbishment work done, you may need to notify the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and you may have other duties as well.
