Communication

Good communication makes sure our messages are understood and it is impossible for them to be misunderstood. Some of our customers and employees may need information in languages and formats other than written or spoken English.

Why have accessible communication?

  • it's fair .....
people should be able to receive information in a way that is accessible to them. Information helps all of us to make decisions and lead independent lives.
  • its inclusive…
open communications channels with all individuals and communities.
  • it makes good business sense...
using language that everyone can understand has benefits.
