Walsall Council Co-financing Tendering Round 6
Walsall Council has announced its 6th tendering round as follows:-
- Round 6 01 Title: Assisting people to develop proactive job seeking techniques (Policy Field 1, Measure 1)
- Round 6 02 Title: Broadening access to basic skills (Policy Field 2, Measure 1)
- Round 6 03 Title: Enabling women to compete in the labour market (Policy Field 5.1)
The above will procure activity for its Co-Financing programme that runs from 2005-March 2008.

Round 6 (covers all specifications: 01, 02, 03)
This tendering round will have one stage but both the PQQ and Project Proposal forms must be completed. Applicants need only submit one copy of the supporting documentation for the PQQ.
Please note:
Complete a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) along with a full project proposal Form to the Walsall Council Neighbourhood Partnerships and Programmes by Friday 13 July 2007 at 13:30.
The PQQ should provide basic information about you and your partners, whilst also assessing your ability to deliver against the criteria in the tender specification. For more information on the appraisal criteria, please see the Tender Briefing Pack and the Co-financing Plan Summary.
Please note:
If the information submitted on the PQQ does not pass the Eligibility checks, the Full Project Proposal will not be assessed.
The Project Proposal form for full tender applications is then assessed and appraised in the following key areas, Project Details, Project Design and Management, Project Partnership, Outputs and Result, Financial Information, Risk Assessment and Exit Strategy.
Round 6 Timetable
Throughout the implementation of the CFO Plan the timetable will vary and will be determined by the amount of available funding. Current process and timetable for the Round 6 tenders are as follows:-

| 4 | Project Award or Non Award subject to Board approval | Week beginning 23 June 2007 |
| 5 | Project Start Date | 1 August 2007 |
| 6 | Deadline for unsuccessful applicants to request feedback on their proposal , signposted to more appropriate funds or encouraged to re-apply to a future bidding round | Week beginning 6 August 2007 |
| 7 | Selected Providers made public by Walsall Council Co-financing Organisation | 3 September 2007 |
