Bloxwich Cemetery was opened in 1875.
Services
New graves for full coffin burials are no longer available.
Cremated Remains Graves may be purchased which can hold four caskets of cremated remains, but which can also be purchased in memoriam with no interment actually taking place.
Memorials can be purchased from local stonemasons who can also advise on suitability and the sizes acceptable to the council.
Small 'Bon Accord' Granite Plaques may be purchased which can hold two sets of cremated remains, but which can also be purchased in memoriam, with no interment having taken place. The price of the plaque includes a three-line inscription of no more than twelve letters per line. These plaques are purchased through Bereavement Services Main Office.
