The winners were announced at Bostin Book Bonanza on Saturday 11 October 2008 at Central Children’s Library.
The authors received a trophy and were very pleased to have the awards.
- Winner of the ‘Teeny Tinies’ category was David Roberts for ‘Dirty Bertie. In second place was Ben Cort for ‘Aliens love underpants’ and Ben was presented with the Librarian’s award.
- Winner of the ‘Jumping Juniors’ category was Andrew Cope for ‘Spy Dog.’
- Winner of the Tenacious Teens’ category was Anthony McGowan for ‘Henry Tumour.’
