Supplier Survey Results 2003
An initial questionnaire was sent by Walsall MBC to its key suppliers as part of a Best Value review of its procurement services to improve the service. The purpose of the survey was to test what suppliers' experience of the council was and whether increased electronic communication would present a problem.
