Be active resolution wheel

Choose the statement that best describes your thoughts about your levels of physical activity.

Remember adults should be aiming for a total of at least 30 minutes of activity on five days of the week. This should be at a pace which makes you warm and slightly out of breath. This could be achieved by just walking, gardening or housework, it does not have to be formal sports or fitness activities. However it can be built up by doing 3 bouts of 10 minutes worth of continuous activity a day.
