Aldridge Airport Outdoor Activity and Environmental Learning Centre

Opened in 2006 this purpose build centre is located on the Aldridge Airport site and was funded by the big lottery fund. This centre is where we run our land based activities.

Activities

Climbing Tower

Scale to new heights on our two sided 30 ft high climbing wall.

Fan Descender

Step out into thin air and reach the floor in seconds on our Parachute simulator.

High All aboard

Work as a team to climb our 10 meter pole and stand together on the top. then when you think it couldn't get any worse hold on and lean back.

Leap of Faith

Not just a test in balance but in confidence, after climbing a 10 meter pole take a Leap of Faith and swing on our suspended trapeze.

Jacobs Ladder

Not for the faint hearted as you test you strength fitness, team spirit and leadership skills on our Jacob's Ladder.

Low ropes

Have fun on our low ropes course which consists of a series of obstacles set 2ft from the ground, designed to explore group interaction, problem solving and leadership skills.

High Arial Challenge

Take yourself to another level and test your nerve on our High Aerial Trekking Course approx 15 meters from the ground. The course offers a continuous belay system allowing you to negotiate 9 obstacles without ever unclipping.

Archery

Become Robin Hood or Maid Marion in our indoor archery range.
