Conference facilities

The museum's conference room offers an attractive setting for meetings, conferences and seminars. A free guided tour during lunch-time breaks for delegates can be arranged and a delicious selection of freshly prepared refreshments and buffet lunches is available from the adjacent Saddle Room cafe.

The room is available to hire at very competitive hourly rates during both daytime and evening hours. The room can accommodate fifty people, theatre- style. Presentation equipment includes slide and overhead projectors, VCR, flipcharts and wipe boards.

  • 5pm to 7.30 pm £17.50 per hour

For meetings after 7.30 pm please telephone for quotation

Saturday

  • 8.30am to 5pm £17.50 per hour

No V.A.T. charged

No bookings after 5pm on Saturday

No bookings taken on a Monday, museum is closed

Room will be available 10 minutes before time booked

7 days or less notice Full cost of room will be charged
8 to 28 days notice50% of cost will be charged
