Your Health First event - Friday 5 December 2008
This event is for anyone over the age of 50 or anyone with friends, relatives or someone they look after who is over the age of 50.
There will be various stalls at the event with free information, advice and goodies. The event is all about helping people to be more independent or to keep their independence for as long as possible.
Please feel free to join us at anytime during the event. There is no need to book a place and there is no charge, just turn up. The event details are below.
