Building Control also takes an active part in Walsall ‘Development Team’ approach to new developments. In addition, we welcome the opportunity to be included either within your own Design Team, or take part in pre-application discussions, as appropriate. We have local knowledge, and a comprehensive background of historical data, which will be offered to support you in your application.
