Who do I contact if I have a query?

In order for us to deal with your query effectively you must contact the appropriate service area.

For the following enquiries:

  • Find out how to use the system
  • Request a duplicate receipt
  • Report a problem with the system

If you require service specific information such as "What Council Tax Band am I in?" or "What day does my bin get collected?" you must contact the relevant service area directly.
